About Me


Human Resources & People Development has always been my calling. Why? Because there's nothing quite like the thrill of unraveling what makes people tick and helping them shine.


Over the past decade, I've been working in several global HR functions across different industries like Engineering, Retail & Technology.


Armed with degrees in International Management and Human Resource Management earned in Germany and Malaysia, I bring not only a robust HR background but also a keen understanding of business dynamics in global environments.


In early 2022, I got certified as an Executive Coaching/Systemic Business Coach (dvct – German Coaching Association, comparable to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification of the International Coaching Federation). Since then, I've had the privilege of coaching clients in Germany and in the US, guiding them to unlock their full potential and fostering growth and improvement.


My strongest assets? Communication and empathy. I thrive on building meaningful connections with each of you as clients.

Why "Alpine" Coaching & Consulting?

To me, the name Alpine beautifully blends the alpine theme with the concept of ascending or climbing, symbolizing the journey of personal and professional growth within the realms of career and business coaching.


Having grown up amidst the majestic Bavarian Alps of Germany, downhill skiing and hiking are not just nostalgic childhood memories; they remain integral parts of my identity here in California.


Having conquered numerous peaks in both the Alps and in Nepal, I understand firsthand how easy it is to feel stuck, drained of energy, or lose sight of the summit amidst the steep ascent. Throughout my climbs, having a "coach" by my side – whether it was someone I met along the way showing me a new path or simply offering encouragement (or sometimes, just providing a snack!) – always empowered me to persevere.


That's the kind of coach I strive to be – the Energizer who guides you to think differently and positively every step of the way, helping you reach your personal or organizational summit, whatever that may be.
